Computer Services

In almost all cases we can be onsite to resolve your computer or network problems the same day and the costs of our onsite computer services are highly competitive. We also offer a 'No Fix, No Fee' guarantee and cap our onsite services at three hours for a single computer issue. Onsite computer services start from $79 an hour inc GST, with the price capped at three hours for a single issue.
We are registered under the Victorian Seniors Card program and offer a $10 per hour discount to seniors and health card holders.

We try to keep our terms and conditions as plain English as possible. If we've failed to do that somewhere please let us know!

No Fix No Fee

If we can't resolve the issue you called us out to fix there will be no charge unless:

  • The issue is due to a component failure and the component or an equivalent replacement is no longer available. (Where a component is available we will provide a cost prior to proceeding with the work. Should you choose not to proceed the cost of the original service call will still be charged).
  • The issue is due to a third party failure such as a telecommunications provider, web host or domain provider.
  • The issue is not a hardware or software fault but is due to the system being too old or not capable of performing the function required.
The definition of 'fixed' for the purposes of this guarantee is when our technician demonstrates the system or function operating free of the issue originally identified.

3 Hour Cap

The three hour cap applies only to work on a single computer or issue. Where multiple computers or issues are involved the time limitation does not apply.

Same Day Service

Is subject to availability. We always endeavour to get onsite as quickly as possible but there are times were all our staff are committed or a problem we are attending turns out to be more complex than initially thought. If we are delayed we will always keep you informed so you aren't waiting around wondering what's happening.

Data Security

Repairs to hardware or changes to software may cause partial or complete loss of data. Whilst every effort is made to ensure this does not occur you must maintain your own backups. Westernport IT will not assume any responsibility for lost data or software.
