Terms and Conditions
No Fix No FeeIf we can't resolve the issue you called us out to fix there will be no charge unless:
- The issue is due to a component failure and the component or an equivalent replacement is no longer available. (Where a component is available we will provide a cost prior to proceeding with the work. Should you choose not to proceed the cost of the original service call will still be charged).
- The issue is due to a third party failure such as a telecommunications provider, web host or domain provider.
- The issue is not a hardware or software fault but is due to the system being too old or not capable of performing the function required.
3 Hour CapThe three hour cap applies only to work on a single computer or issue. Where multiple computers or issues are involved the time limitation does not apply.
Same Day ServiceIs subject to availability. We always endeavour to get onsite as quickly as possible but there are times were all our staff are committed or a problem we are attending turns out to be more complex than initially thought. If we are delayed we will always keep you informed so you aren't waiting around wondering what's happening.
Data SecurityRepairs to hardware or changes to software may cause partial or complete loss of data. Whilst every effort is made to ensure this does not occur you must maintain your own backups. Westernport IT will not assume any responsibility for lost data or software.
